1. Who we are and scope
Shanghai Winmore Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (上海元芒数字科技有限公司), a company registered in China, operates https://www.wmdigit.ai/(the “Website”). Our contact address is Building 6, Mingpu Plaza, 3279 Sanlu Highway, Pujiang Town, Minhang District, Shanghai, China.
Contact [email protected] for business inquiries, privacy questions or personal information requests. We have personnel responsible for user privacy matters who can be reached through this address.
This policy covers browsing the international Website, making inquiries, requesting demonstrations or SDK access, and related communications. Our Chinese website, www.wmdigit.com, has its own policy. Separately supplied software, SDKs, devices and customer deployments are subject to their applicable privacy notices and data processing arrangements.
2. Information and purposes
Inquiries, demonstrations and SDK requests. We process information you provide, including your name, telephone number, email address, WeChat ID, company name, industry, product interests and message. Name, telephone number and email are required in our current inquiry forms; other fields are optional. If you do not provide required fields, you cannot submit that form, but you may contact us by email.
Submissions are emailed to [email protected]using Tencent Exmail. Our marketing department passes them to our sales team to answer your inquiry, arrange requested demonstrations, handle SDK requests and follow up on the relevant business discussion. 【CONFIRM WHETHER SUBMISSIONS ARE ALSO STORED IN THE WEBSITE DATABASE OR OTHER BUSINESS SYSTEMS.】
Operation and security.Hosting and enabled network services may process IP addresses, request times, visited pages and browser/device information to deliver the Website, diagnose faults and prevent abuse.
Embedded videos. The international Website embeds YouTube videos. Loading or interacting with a player may involve browser/device information and related requests to YouTube/Google, depending on the player configuration. See our Cookie Policy for details. We currently embed no maps and use no CAPTCHA.
Search reporting. We use Google Search Console to review Google search performance reports. We do not currently use Google Analytics/GA4 or Google Ads conversion or remarketing tags. This statement concerns our own analytics and advertising tags; it does not mean that embedded YouTube videos involve no third-party processing.
Features not currently offered. The Website has no visitor registration, online payments, paid subscriptions, marketing email subscriptions, comments, job application or file upload facilities at present. Visitor names, contact details and inquiry messages are not publicly displayed. We will update relevant notices and meet applicable requirements before introducing new collection or public display features.
Please do not submit identity documents, payment card details, health information or other sensitive information unrelated to an ordinary inquiry.
3. Legal grounds and AI training
Where applicable law requires consent, we explain the processing and obtain the required consent. Optional tracking consent is not a condition of making an ordinary inquiry, and submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in marketing subscriptions.

We build forms using Avada Forms. Database storage and any other submission destinations depend on the verified form settings; use of the software does not by itself mean that every submission is sent to its developer.
We do not provide your contact details to business partners for their own sales follow-up or marketing without your permission. Where such disclosure is proposed, we explain the recipient, purpose, information and rights channel and obtain separate consent where required.
For providers acting as processors, we require appropriate contractual instructions and safeguards. Legally required disclosure or transfers in a business restructuring are handled under applicable law.
5. International processing and retention
The international Website is hosted in Hong Kong SAR, China. Notification emails, business records and backups are stored in 【CONFIRM LOCATIONS】. Authorized marketing, sales and other teams access information from 【CONFIRM LOCATIONS】. Hosting location does not determine all processing locations for network, email or video services.

We keep information for the period needed for its stated purpose and applicable legal retention obligations.

Cookie lifetimes are listed in the Cookie Policy. When deletion is due, we delete or anonymize information. Records retained by law or temporarily non-deletable in legally permitted circumstances are restricted to the relevant purposes. Backup copies are handled under the published cycle.
6. Your rights and choices

Where the relevant law applies, you may also request restriction or portability and object to processing. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority.
Identify the email address you used and describe your request. We ask only for information needed to verify identity and respond within the applicable legal deadline. If we cannot fulfil a request, we explain the reason and available remedies. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we normally respond within one month; if a lawful extension is needed, we notify you within that month and explain why.
Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. The Website does not currently provide a cookie preference banner or a verified working “Cookie Settings” control. You may manage stored cookies through your browser and contact us with privacy requests. We will update these instructions when a preference tool is implemented.
