Terms of Service
Effective date: 【09-09-2026】
Last updated: 【09-09-2026】
1. Scope
These terms describe the rules for accessing and using the Winmore Digital international website (https://www.wmdigit.ai/), operated by Shanghai Winmore Digital Technology Co., Ltd.. Our address is Building 6, Mingpu Plaza, 3279 Sanlu Highway, Pujiang Town, Minhang District, Shanghai, China and our contact email is [email protected]. Please read these terms before using interactive features. Where express acceptance is legally required, we provide an appropriate acceptance mechanism.
The website presents products, technology and solutions and receives inquiries, information requests, demonstration requests and SDK requests. It currently offers no visitor registration, online payments, paid subscriptions, comments, job application or file upload facilities. An inquiry, demonstration request or download of public introductory material does not itself create a purchase contract or grant a commercial software licence.
2. Product information and separate agreements
Descriptions, performance examples, compatibility information, case studies and technical materials help you evaluate our solutions. Actual availability and performance depend on product versions, hardware, data, network or deployment conditions and project configuration. Deliverables, pricing, licensing, acceptance, support and service levels are governed by the agreement formally reached between the parties.
Separately supplied software, SDKs, APIs, trials and project services are governed by their applicable, validly formed licence or service agreements. Those specific agreements prevail within their scope if there is a conflict. Website updates do not retroactively amend existing contracts.
3. Acceptable use
Provide accurate information that you are entitled to submit and use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful or infringing material, distribute malicious software, access systems without authorization or interfere with normal website operation.
Except as permitted by law or authorized by the rights holder, do not reproduce, sell or misrepresent protected content or bypass access controls. You may consult public materials for normal evaluation and business discussion, but this grants no additional licence to software, trademarks or other intellectual property.
4. Intellectual property and submitted materials
Website text, images, software materials, trademarks and other content belong to us or their respective rights holders, subject to any applicable third-party licences. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners.
You retain rights in your submitted materials and permit us to use them only as necessary to handle your inquiry, evaluate requirements and provide services you request. This does not authorize us to sell those materials or use them for unrelated purposes. Please agree confidentiality and submission arrangements with us before providing confidential project materials.
5. Privacy and third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains personal information processing and our Cookie Policy explains cookies. Reading or accepting these terms does not replace separate consent required for optional marketing, tracking or other processing.
Linked third-party sites and services are operated by their respective providers and have their own terms. These terms do not exclude responsibilities that the law places on us.
6. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to maintain the website and address significant errors, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or entirely error-free content. Contact us for confirmation relevant to your project before relying on specific technical, pricing or performance information.
Maintenance, security incidents or other reasonable circumstances may temporarily affect availability. We may apply proportionate access restrictions to address misuse or threats to website security.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes your mandatory legal rights. Fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence and other matters for which liability cannot be excluded are governed by applicable law.
7. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms and indicate the date on this page. We provide appropriate notice of material changes and a renewed acceptance mechanism where legally required. Changes do not affect rights or obligations already accrued.
These terms are governed by the laws of mainland China, without removing non-excludable protections available under applicable law. Contact [email protected] to discuss a dispute. If it cannot be resolved through discussion, it may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction.
